Kevin Miller: One of three hockey-playing brothers from Lansing to play for Michigan State and then go on to play pro hockey, Kevin played 26 games for the Ice in 1997-98, with 11 goals and 11 assists. HE also had a goal in two playoff games that year. He played alongside his brother Kip with the Ice. Miller was known as a solid two-way forward who had four 20-goal seasons in the NHL with three different teams — the Red Wings, Blues and Sharks. He also played for the Rangers, Capitals, Blackhawks, Islanders and Senators during a 12-year NHL career that spanned 1988-2000 — and then again in 2003-04 with Detroit. Miller retired after playing seven games in the 2004-05 season with the UHL Flint Generals. In 620 NHL games, he had 150 goals and 185 assists. A native of Lansing, Mich., he is 52.
