Geoff Benic: Left wing who played 10 games for the Ice in 1988-89, their inaugural IHL season. He scored one goal and had 51 penalty minutes. He played five games the next year for the ECHL’s Virginia Lancers, comprising the rest of his pro career. He was the Blackhawks’ ninth-round pick in 1996. A native of Toronto, he is 49.

Scott Lewis: Defenseman who played for the Ice in the 2002-03 season. He had 11 goals and 17 assists, playing the full 64-game schedule. He also had four assists in eight playoff games that year. After finishing his career at Ferris State in 2001, he played for two ECHL teams in 2001-02 before coming to the Ice, and retiring from pro hockey after his year in Indy. A native of McAuley, Manitoba, he is 41.
